Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ript websites, APIs, partner tools, and related services (including the Card Scan mobile app on Google Play as com.ript.fun and on the Solana dApp Store / Seeker as com.ript.cardscan). By using Ript you agree to these terms.

What Ript provides

Ript offers inventory, marketplace, pack, partner, and operator tooling. Features vary by product surface. Pack outcomes, market prices, and resale value are not guaranteed.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for credentials issued to you (wallet login, API keys, studio keys). Do not share keys publicly. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or unpaid invoices.

Wallets and blockchain

When you connect a Solana wallet (including Seed Vault on Seeker), you control your keys and approve transactions. Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Digital asset values can change quickly. You are responsible for complying with applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape beyond documented partner APIs, or misrepresent inventory, pricing, or ownership.

Card Scan

Card Scan is an operator camera tool for photographing trading cards. You must have rights to the physical cards you photograph and to any images you upload to Ript systems.

License

Ript grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Card Scan apps and related services as provided. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the apps except as allowed by law.
